Prudential Peak is a wellness portal I helped shape from the ground up — inheriting a Miro board of early brainstorming and an unfinished, rebranded design system, with no formal requirements handed off after the founding manager was laid off about a month into the project.

The work landed inside a business team with no prior UX or agile experience, developed by an external consulting team. Over the following year I pushed to establish basic UX process where none existed, and delivered the full architecture and screens for the platform in six months while supporting a live, fast-moving development launch.

That work continues into the contract's close: I'm supporting the development team as they refine the MVP, while redesigning the platform's authenticated home experience and building out three major new feature areas — Rewards, Health Assessments, and an Events calendar.
